Ocean Terrace 202 a 4 minutos a pie de Sandy Beach

This was our 4th time staying in Rincon and our 3rd time staying at Ocean Terrace. Repeat business speaks volumes. The condo is perfectly situated to walk everywhere at Sandy Beach and is just far enough away from the bars that music isn't an issue. The building is well kept and if needed there are 2 parking spots out back. Plenty of room for surfboards and close enough to downtown Rincon for the farmers and artisan markets.

Great location

The air conditioning was ice cold. The kitchen was well stocked. The location in not ocean front but you can see it from the balcony. Its close enough to walk 1 min to everything you want but far enough that you don't hear the bar music at night. We will book this location again for sure.

We’ve stayed here a few times and would highly recommend this location! Excellent location in Puntas, great communication with the host/manager and always super clean. We will be back!
