Beachfront Condo at Villarena Resort

Disappointed Positive: The living room was gorgeous just like the pictures- comfortable furniture- big screen TV with all of the streaming services. A great view of the water. The Wi-Fi was good. the pool was very nice .there were four comfortable camper chairs and beach towels for use . There was a nice beach a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive away. We preferred the Rincon beaches though also the food was better there. the english rose restaurant was great Negative: The living room is a lovely area. However maybe because of the high ceiling or the wall of windows it was not air-conditioned. It was OK with fans early morning and evening by during the day it got to be 80 or 90°. Also there was no hot water. the first day we were there it was lukewarm .the other six days cold. We talked to the maintenance man on site and he said it was because the water is solar heated .there wasn’t really anything to be done. We paid over $300 a night for this rental we should’ve been able to take a hot shower and be cool during the day. Other things to consider there was no oven there was a countertop stove but with no exhaust fan for cooking. the kitchen was fairly well equipped with a coffee grinder ,toaster and blender. There was a washer and dryer but it was in the common area downstairs and it cost four dollars to use. There were no toiletries so bring your own except for the living room everything else was a little old But Would have been fine if only we had had hot water

Positive: Exactly as shown in the pictures! Right on the beach, beautiful pool , close to ice cream shop and restaurants, short drive to rincón, and many other places. Huge beautiful front room with large windows and amazing view of the ocean. Negative: that i didnt stay an extra night.

So easy to navigate. Area and location were outstanding. Friendly community with walking ease to restraunts, shops and beaches.

The space was even better than expected. We loved having 2 baths sns two bedrooms. Watching sunsets was amazing. We could walk to restaurants for dinner and easily explore the west coast of Puerto Rico. Would definitely stay again!

Positive: The view was terrific! Negative: The water in the showers was barely Luke warm! We had no power, due to maintenance for about 7 hrs
