Our Story
What started as a family business cleaning and caring for vacation properties has grown into a full-service real estate and property management company with over 18 years of experience in Puerto Rico’s west coast.
Today, we proudly manage 80+ properties, helping homeowners maximize their investments while providing guests with memorable stays. Our growth has been built on the same values we started with: personal service, attention to detail, local expertise, and treating every property as if it were our own.
From cleaning our first vacation rentals to becoming a trusted team in vacation rentals, property management, and real estate, our story has always been about taking care of properties, owners, and guests.

For me, hospitality is personal. I’ve built Tropical Vacation Rentals around the place I know and love—Puerto Rico’s west coast. My goal is simple: to give our guests a great place to stay and the local guidance to truly enjoy their visit, while giving our property owners a team they can trust with their homes. Along with our local team, I’m proud to welcome you to Rincón and the west coast we call home.

perfect short getaway for my husband and I. The drive was easy and this was our biggest fear with previous stays at other cabins. We are not mountain drivers and we like our privacy. This was perfect!

10/10! accessible, secluded but close enough to amenities. Wonderful surprise birthday for my wife. Host was super descriptive about check-in. Easy to find. Quiet. Hot tub was a nice touch for the night. Will be back to check out the other homes Sherri has available throughout this coming year!
