Just a short walk from the beach and Rincón Plaza, Casa 413 is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offering the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and convenience! Located near some of Rincón's favorite restaurants, bars, coffee shops, local stores, and the farmers market, this property puts you close to everything while providing plenty of space for families and groups.

The main house is part of a multifamily property and features four comfortable bedrooms with the following sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed.
Bedroom 2: One twin-size bed.
Bedroom 3: Two twin-size beds.
Bedroom 4: Two full-size beds.

The home also features two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for meals.

Air conditioning in every room and WiFi throughout the home provide additional comfort. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer makes longer stays even more convenient.

Step outside onto the front porch, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring Rincón.

Another great feature is the private enclosed garage with an electric garage door and parking for up to two vehicles, a valuable convenience when staying near downtown Rincón.

The location is one of the property's biggest highlights! Walk to the beach, explore Rincón Plaza, visit the local farmers market, or choose from nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee shops without driving everywhere.

Guest Access & Privacy:
Guests booking Casa 413 have exclusive access to the entire main house, front porch, laundry area, and private garage.

Please note that this is a multifamily property with a separate downstairs apartment that may be occupied by other guests. Both units have independent entrances and designated parking areas to maintain privacy.

The downstairs patio is not included with the main house reservation and is only accessible when both units are booked together.

We provide only a starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies needed during their stay.

Great stay at Jennifer’s! Within walking distance to downtown Rincon, Black Eagle Beach and our favorite coffee shop cafe2go. Very centrally located. You can hear the cars going by but it didn’t bother us as it’s expected on a main road. Jennifer was responsive and provided us with a wonderful list of activities in the area. Would definitely rent again!

The house is clean and spacious and matches the pictures. We had some small hiccups at check in but Jennifer was in communication with us. The location is great with access to lots of restaurants and beaches.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in 50+ Airbnb stays, and absolutely not worth the nearly $400/night price. The good: convenient location near Rincon downtown restaurants/cafes, and the unit had beach chairs plus basic supplies. The bad: no working WiFi and a non-functioning shower for 3 of our 4 days. Both were only fixed when the owner came on Day 3, despite us reporting the WiFi issue on Day 1. The host (property manager) claimed everything was working pre-check-in, which contradicted what the owner told us . Jennifer’s communication was also slow (usually 4–24 hrs). Additionally, the couch and carpet were badly stained, furniture felt cheap/thrifted, and the walls are paper thin — we were woken up every night by roosters and passing cars. If you care about reliable amenities, cleanliness, and honest, responsive management, I would not recommend this place.
