October 2026 4.00Location is great!! Super quiet, the beach is really nice & peaceful! The pelicans are so fun to watch. Everything is a short drive if not walkable. Musts: Solecito coffee, The English Rose, Tamboo, The Beach House - all magnificent!! The roof top pool was such an awesome extra to come back to & relax. Unit was perfect size for the two of us & really cute. Downside, the humidifier was blowing really hot air (it was sweltering when we opened the door) & the unit had a really strong musty odor as soon as we walked inside. Host said it was the material (cement) of the building with it being new &/or that there was a power outage the day before we arrived causing the humidifier to be off a while. We were in town for a wedding & another guest was in the downstairs unit, no odors & it was super clean & great smelling. We asked to be moved to another unit but couldn't per host. No follow up to have the unit checked or anything from host when the smell didn't go away which was disappointing.

The apartment was well equipped and had an under-the-sink water purification system, which I really appreciated since I prefer not to use plastic water bottles. It had everything my family and I needed for a comfortable stay. The place felt very safe and cozy. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

June 2026 5.00Me and my boyfriend stayed at Jennifer’s place for a few days and had a very comfortable stay. The beach right next to the property was not the cleanest this time of year (seaweed), but the host provided a list of beach recommendations including Playa Doña Lala which was perfect for us, and less than a 10 minute drive away. Not too crowded, very clean, and a few walkable food and drink options in that area. The beach chairs and towels were definitely appreciated also, and the rooftop pool was a plus. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the recommendations and responsiveness of the host.
