El apartamento estaba en excelentes condiciones: limpio, ordenado, bonito y bien cuidado. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo. La comunicación fue buena en cuanto al tiempo de respuesta, pero puede mejorar en el manejo de imprevistos. Durante nuestra estadía quedamos encerrados en el estacionamiento porque el portón dejó de funcionar y no pudimos salir por más de tres horas. Cuando notificamos el problema, respondieron rápido. Sin embargo, cuando el coanfitrión llegó para intentar resolver la situación, nunca se acercó a hablar con nosotros, a pesar de que éramos los únicos huéspedes afectados. Permaneció en su carro comunicándose únicamente por mensaje, por lo que tuve que acercarme yo misma para pedir información y presentarme. Nos dijo El problema dependía de la administración del edificio y no del anfitrión. Aun así, una vez nos informaron de eso, dejaron de comunicarse y tuve que escribir varias veces para actualización mientras no podía salir.

The apartment is nice, clean, spacious, secure, great location, parking, A/C, smart TV, beach towels/chairs/cooler, board games, 1st Floor in front of the pool, water/electricity without interruptions. Super conditions. We arrived two hrs after check-in; no access code; ppty mgr did not respond. We called the owner, as instructed in the email; he was not happy about it. Then we found another car parked at our assigned spot and call the owner again bc we didn’t expect the ppty mgr to respond. On top of that, no hot water in the shower for the full stay. Last night, after a heavy rain, we got roaches enter the MBR. Its a great place, but the service is not ok. I got text’s back but nothing was resolved. Even though they debited my account 7 days before check-in. If you rent here, you’ll have a high probability of being on your own.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything I needed was easily accessible. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure my stay was enjoyable. I truly loved staying here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!
