Located on the first floor, this apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-size bed, along with one full bathroom. The apartment also offers a cozy living room, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. It's a comfortable space for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

Step outside and enjoy the open-air terrace featuring an outdoor dining table, perfect for morning coffee, enjoying meals outdoors, or unwinding in the tropical breeze.

Although the apartment does not offer ocean views from the unit, the property features direct beach access, allowing you to reach the sand and ocean within just a few steps. Spend your days enjoying the beach, soaking up the sun, or watching Rincón's beautiful sunsets.

Tucked away on a peaceful dead-end street in Sea Beach Colony, the property offers a relaxing atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

For added convenience, the property has a backup generator to provide electricity during power outages.

Our management team is available by phone or message if you need assistance during your stay.

We provide only a starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies needed during their stay.

The location is excellent, just steps away from the beach and near Rincon town center. The place looks like the pictures. Overall a good experience.

Loved Rincon, placed $ on another property 1 month, for next year, But not Danielas property. Positive: ocean and sunset, gate Negative: Walked into 100 degree house. A/C in bedrooms only No microwave, no washing machine (as advertised) Not given house that we were supposed to get. Asked for house on ocean not around back and had to walk around property to see it. No fans..had to keep A/c on high in bedrooms, and doors open to cool house Entire wall in diningroom without electricity, therefore to eat, or use table, had to keep lights on in bedrooms, could not use electric plug on wall. (agency advised) No ice cube trays 2 shelves broken in refridg. 26 days,, one laundry change. Shower curtain continued to slip off uneven wall.
