Main Level: The main floor features a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a half bathroom, and a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer. The entire townhome is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Lower Level – Bedrooms: All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the lower level. * Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with private ensuite bathroom. * Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed. * Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed. * Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. Private Rooftop Terrace: Head upstairs to your private rooftop terrace, the perfect place to enjoy the tropical breeze after a day at the beach. The rooftop features outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and an additional half bathroom, making it a great space to relax, dine, and spend quality time together. Please note that this is a three-level townhome with stairs connecting the different floors. May 2026 4.00We love staying in these villas when we come to Rincon and this unit was no different. Comfortable for 4-6 people, a full kitchen and walking distance to waves. What more could you want?! The hosts were also very responsive and wonderful. A few notes that didn’t hinder our stay but for future bookers to be aware of: the corners in the kitchen can snag you quite easily. They have covers for the corners but none of them were sticking during our stay. I ripped a shirt on a corner! Additionally, there are plenty of beach chairs but 2 of them are rusted out and broken. And finally, the master bed was extremely squeaky with the slightest movement, which sometimes made it hard to sleep. As I said- nothing that would prevent me from booking, just things to be aware of! Would come back in a heartbeat.

April 2026 3.00This property was just okay and was not up to the standard we had hoped for based on the listing and reviews. This condo needs upkeep and updates. There are 5 locks on the front door, but no working lock on the back sliding back door, meaning there is no way to lock the condo. I am not the first reviewer to leave this feedback. Fix this for your guests! There is peeling paint, broken tiles, and the general state of the condo is kind of tired. All three bedrooms are in the basement level, and it smells like mildew. I had a hard time sleeping in that space, and it made it an uncomfortable place to stay for the week. There were beach chairs and a few coolers available, which was nice. The grill and the roof top area was nice. I generally do not leave negative reviews, but based on what we paid for the week, this was not a good value for the money.

Air fryer or small counter oven not provided and lack of water views.
