The Reef 1 walking disntance to Steps Beach

Great location- as described - Loved the area and especially the beach Positive: Very close to Steps beach which is a marine preserve. Great for snorkeling.Everything you need is on hand, paper towels, kitchen sponge and towels, beach towels and chairs etc. There are lounge chairs and table and chairs and a hammock on the terrace. Negative: This wasn’t a problem for us, but if traveling with a family or friends the bathroom is only accessible by going through the master bedroom! This units patio faces the road. There are others that face the yard area.

CUIDADO! Be careful Negative: Be very careful with this property. Three days after check-out, they charged $140 to my credit card for an alleged bed damage that we did not cause. The only evidence provided was a video showing a worn and partially broken bed slat, which is fully consistent with normal wear and tear on an old bed. No proof was provided that the damage occurred during our stay. I strongly recommend that future guests take detailed videos and photos both at check-in and check-out, as this property may attempt to charge your card for unproven damages. Very disappointing experience. Tened mucho cuidado con este alojamiento. Tres días después del check-out me cargaron 140 dólares en mi tarjeta por una supuesta rotura de la cama que no causamos. La única prueba aportada fue un vídeo en el que se veía una lama del somier desgastada y parcialmente rota, algo perfectamente compatible con el desgaste normal de una cama antigua. Una cama que mínimo tiene 50 años. No aportaron ninguna prueba de que el daño se produjera durante nuestra estancia. Recomiendo encarecidamente a los futuros huéspedes que graben vídeos y hagan fotos detalladas tanto al entrar como al salir del alojamiento, ya que podrían intentar realizar cargos en la tarjeta por daños no demostrados. Una experiencia muy decepcionante.

Incredible and perfect Positive: It was very clean upon arrival, the property was beautiful as well as excellent location. They provided great amenities such as beach equipment, soaps, seasonings. It was great customer service and an all around great stay. Highly recommend! Negative: N/A
