Negative: The bugs that came inside the apartment and that we don’t have an ocean view!

Rincon stay
Positive: Size of unit, Proximity to restaurants and beaches
Negative: Needs pest control (killed a roach in kitchen counter) Some updating/repair needed to kitchen counter, half bath toilet dirty, oven dirty, en suite bathroom shower grout and caulk stained.
Air fryer or small counter oven not provided and lack of water views.

Negative: No gym facilities on the premises although I thought I read there was a gym.

Perfect location and so much space in the house ! We loved we could walk to the beach or drive , close to downtown area of Rincon too by car .Few spots in walking distance just down the street to eat too , Jack Taco shack is great !!! The balcony on the top floor was so nice at night !! We will be back !!!
