Great place!

Absolutely loved staying here in Rincon! Quick access to the beach steps away, great restaurants nearby and a short drive away to town. Never had an issue with water or A/C. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a more peaceful locale with easy access to a variety of activities, shops, and restaurants on the west side of Puerto Rico!

Great stay!! My family of four was so comfortable here. Amazing home and location. The private parking and outdoor spaces were fantastic. Just a few steps to the beach. The washer dryer was so convenient. We loved the spacious interior and was nicely appointed. We literally had no complaints. We definitely would come back to stay in the future.

Great location. Very responsive. Electricity went out, but generator quickly came on. All good and was communicated with well. Very nice stay.

Place was as described and Jennifer was responsive to all requests. My only negative experience was the loud neighbors who were partying until 2am one evening. I recommend bringing earplugs just as a precaution. Everything else was amazing.

We had a amazing week in Rincon and Sandy Beach Villas was the perfect place to stay. It was my wife and I with our 17 year old son and his friend and the condo was setup perfectly for 4 people to each have their own bedrooms and personal space. The view of the water from the condo is incredible and there is a lot to do within walking distance. We have stayed in Rincon before on the other side by the marina and really prefer where we stayed this time on Sandy Beach especially if you have kids. The villa is has a nice beach vibe with the way it is decorated and the front patio is awesome. Look forward to hopefully returning next year.

Great property in the perfect, beachfront location! Sandy Beach was beautiful and not too crowded with several restaurants within walking distance. The property was spacious and well- equipped with comfortable beds. The property managers were very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Pristine location and beachfront access. The house does have 3 united for guests but was very private and enjoyable experience. Our lower level was perfect and the house had everything we needed for a perfect family beach vacation. Would highly recommend and return again.

Our family of four traveled all over PR for 18 days - we all agree that Jennifer’s Airbnb was our favorite! Communication was outstanding! Jennifer is pleasant, quick to reply and her messages are efficient. Her place is so thoughtfully stocked - from the kitchen to the washer & dryer to the beach essentials to the exceptional guidebook she has assembled- and we felt right at home. Situated on the beach - views from the patio and upper deck are breathtaking. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return on our next trip to PR.

We had a great stay st Sandy Beach Villa. 1st floor , walk out to patio and beach. Some nice restaurants within a few minutes walk . Had a car so we could go downtown Rincon (10 minutes ) where we had some great food at 413 Cafe among others. Our condo was very comfortable and came with everything we needed. Would go back and would recommend to friends . Enjoy

What’s not to love? Super clean and well appointed - there is nothing else you need. Amazing location. Cold AC. Great hot showers. Nearby places to grab a bite. Responsive real estate team. You will love it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandy Beach Villa in Rincon. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family and the surfing location was ideal. Loved that several charming restaurants, a coffee and taco shack, and a boutique were within walking distance.

This is a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy the sun. You are minutes away from various beaches and Rincon for shopping and restaurant’s.

Although the location and overall aesthetic of this home were great there were quite a few issues. The weather was fine no reason for outages but the power went out a few times. The dryer took the entire day to dry clothes and the wifi only worked 2/5 days so there was no tv and phones ran off extended network causing us an excessive bill. I contacted the host a few times and her only response was “hopefully it comes back soon”. She advertises beach amenities such as chairs and toys however they were rusted and disintegrating in a broken deck box. The toiletries provided included 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and 2 garbage bags for a 5 night stay. Its listed as a family friendly home however there were more hazards for children than benefits. The back table and gate were falling apart with rusty nails and jagged edges. There were rat traps on the porch in reach of children with no posted warnings and the furniture was not anchored to the wall causing a nearly fatal crash of a dresser onto my toddler just from opening a draw while empty. I also mentioned this to the host with no response. On the surface it seemed clean but i woke up to a large cockroach on its back in the hallway one morning and saw 2 large city sized rats run under my husband’s chair while sitting on the porch. While the beachfront location of the home make it highly desirable there was many factors of negligence lacking maintenance and basic necessities to make it hospitable

Definitely stay here again! Exactly what we were looking for in a quick vacation. Beds were comfy and place was super clean. Good little surf spot and good places to eat.

The stay was wonderful and communication with Jennifer was informative and easy. The property is located on one of the nicest quiet beaches in rincon.

Super easy check in! This is our second time stayin at this property just a different floor. Unit was lovely, clean and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen needs a bit updating and a dishwasher would be a bonus but certainly in working order. Couldn't get a better location!!!!

Words can’t describe what a wonderful stay this was. location was perfect with the Villa being steps away from the beach. Daily walks to restaurants and bars on and off the beach, waterfalls 45min away, Downtown 10min away, Domes Beach is a must, boat/snorkle excursion, plus so much more we explored around the area. We also rented the 3rd floor so our family and friends could stay close but also have their own space. It worked out perfectly! The rooftop was great for morning views and coffee and dinner with everyone. The long car ride to Rincon is well worth it if you are debating that. I would recommend traveling the longer route around to the south. Way less traffic, people, and a prettier view. Thanks for a remarkable stay!

With beautiful ocean views, shady outdoor spaces, and tasteful, cozy beach decor, this home was perfectly suited for our family of five. Convenient location and wonderful beach access means you get to relax and enjoy Puerto Rico at its best. The home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This was an absolutely gem. My family And I had such a wonderful time. The beach is so accessible. Every morning we would sit on the front patio watching the waves. The sunsets were right on the doorstep. We cannot wait to be back.

Another fabulous stay at Sandy Beach. This was our 7th year returning to this property. The unit was spotless, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The Property Manager was response and helpful, check in and departure was a breeze. Highly recommend!

We stayed two short nights in this incredible property. It was actually more beautiful than advertised. The rooms were beautifully appointed with every amenity we needed. The beach is amazing and right out our back door. There were multiple places to eat both within walking distance and a short drive. The entire country faced blackouts during our stay but this property is equipped with all of the safety features so we had uninterrupted water and electrify. This was a dream. I can’t wait to book again.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Sandy Beach Villa at the end of March with our family (10-year-old son, 13-year-old daughter). The villa is on the first floor of a beachfront building, providing an amazing location just steps from the sand. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants like Jacks Tacos and Casa Islena. Domes Beach is a short drive away and has huge delicious mojitos. Check-in was smooth, and the villa was clean and felt freshly renovated. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing under the palm trees. Each room had air conditioning and fans, ensuring a comfortable stay. Gated parking was convenient, and there were beach toys available for kids. We loved dining on the patio and stargazing from the rooftop deck. Overall, it was quiet and private, with a beautiful setting. The host was responsive and friendly. We highly recommend Sandy Beach Villa for a peaceful beach getaway!

We had a relaxing stay at this spacious, coastal decorated, oceanfront in Rincón. The location is beautiful - just steps from the ocean, and a short walk to attractive restaurants, with stunning sunsets and local attractions. The space was clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and provided a binder of excellent resources. The only small downside was that we did encounter some undesirable insects in the home during our stay. While we understand that tropical climates in remote locations sometimes come with unexpected visitors, it’s worth mentioning. That being said, we would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a scenic beachfront location in Rincón!

Great location with gated parking. Very safe area with walkable restaurants; Tamboo is great. House was well equipped and clean. No issues. Roof top area is a very nice feature to the unit. Host was super helpful

Wonderful beach front home truly steps from the beach. Very comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. In addition to the big, sand-free patio, we loved having access to the roof-top deck and grill. Our surfers could check the waves from the point off of Pools all the way to River Mouth. Great surfing within walking distance. We’re coming back!

Beautiful clean house with a gorgeous view of the beach and beach steps right out your front door!

The apartment is nicely decorated in a “beachy” theme. The bedrooms are roomy, the beds are extremely comfortable. Each bedroom (and the living room) has its own AC and fan, which makes it easier to keep at comfortable temperatures. The main doors (in the living room) open to the beachfront terrace, so the view is magnificent. The access to the ocean couldn’t be better. You literally just walk out. While we were there the beach was never crowded, the ocean was sometimes rougher than others but always warm. The area was quiet at night. The only drawback to the location was we came after a big tropical storm and the power was knocked out for the entire stay. There was a generator for the apartment which operated everything - except the internet provider. We had to rely on cell signal which was only strong enough on the terrace or the roof. No one’s fault. The hosts live close by and were responsive and available.

GREAT LOCATION, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BEACH, SUPER CLEAN, LOTS OF DETAILS, VERY ATTENTIVE TO HAVE A CONFORTABLE STAY. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time! The pictures are accurate. You couldn’t ask for a better location for a beach vacation. We had been given the wrong code for the key box, but were able to get ahold of Jennifer and her team after a couple of calls. I would recommend double checking what the code will be during your stay so you don’t run into this problem. Other than that one minor issue, this vacation rates at the top! I would 100% book this villa again!

This might be my most favorite vacation home we've stayed in. It's absolutely beautiful. You walk right from your patio onto the beach. While we were there, there weren't many people on the beach. It almost felt like our own private beach. The interior was just the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There is also a roof top deck but since we were on the ground level and had a patio overlooking the water right there, we didn't really use the roof top. I was not ready to leave!
