How to make a reservation
To make a reservation, please feel free to book directly on our website. For reservations of 14 days or longer, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. If the payment is not received, our system will automatically cancel the reservation. For reservations under 14 days, a full payment will be required to confirm your booking.

Damage Deposit
Before your arrival, a $200.00 hold will be placed on your credit card, with any damages incurring additional charges. Common damages include stained towels and bedding. Should the credit card hold fail, an alternative payment method must be provided to proceed with the check-in at the property.
Rules
We kindly ask that you treat our accommodations and neighbors with respect. Hence, noise such as loud music or talking is prohibited after 10 pm. Visitors or parties are not permitted at our properties without prior consent.
Check-In and Check-Out
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. While we aim to accommodate flexibility when possible, guests must not enter the premises before the designated time or stay beyond it without prior consent. Please note that last-minute bookings occur frequently, limiting our ability to guarantee flexibility. Our properties undergo verification before 3:00 pm daily to ensure readiness for guests. Entering the premises before it's prepared will not warrant any discounts, as our team operates on a strict schedule.
Toilettries and Guests Supplies
A basic supply is provided at the properties. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as required.
Warnings Regarding Cancellations
In the event of a significant natural disaster or if local authorities issue warnings indicating danger to the community, resulting in our inability to offer essential services, guests will receive a complete refund. However, if flight cancellations occur from the guest's point of origin and are not linked to any natural incidents in Puerto Rico, guests must have their own travel insurance for reimbursement. This applies also to any personal circunstances that prevents guests from traveling.
